Charting the Future: September Updates from Ticketing Revolution DAO

Introduction
The Ticketing Revolution DAO is on a mission to revolutionize the ticketing industry, ensuring transparency, fairness, and community involvement. Last month, Brom & Kyozu, both passionate about this mission, were appointed as our representatives. There's a lot to cover, so let's dive right in.

Building Trust and Understanding
Contrary to what some might assume, Brom & Kyozu didn't step into these roles with extensive prior knowledge. Their primary goal has been to rebuild trust and sentiment around the DAO's initial efforts. This involves understanding past actions, their impacts, and identifying areas for growth. They've been busy preparing tools, handling registrations, and conducting research, all while drafting a foundational document to guide community discussions.

Discord Enhancements
Changes have been proposed to our Discord channels to streamline and focus our community engagement. Several threads have been initiated on topics like the expectations from community representatives and experiences with web3 tooling. We're mapping out how the DAO can benefit both the community and the GET Protocol. We invite everyone to join these discussions on our Discord. Every voice matters.

Clarifying Our Objectives
A clear objective will emerge from these discussions. Given the diverse goals of our community members, it's essential to define short-term, medium-term, and long-term objectives. Currently, we're focusing on short-term goals, leaving the door open for broader discussions on our long-term vision.

While charting the DAO's path, we've encountered challenges, especially concerning the DAO treasury's control by the GET Foundation. We're addressing these roadblocks in regular meetings with the GET team.

Given these challenges, we've decided to delay the new rewards program rollout. We believe it's crucial to first establish the DAO's boundaries and objectives. Your feedback is invaluable in this process.

We're drafting a proposal for a reward structure to boost community engagement, reminiscent of the Legion days. This proposal will be shared in the next couple of weeks. Additionally, we're exploring tools to track engagement and are considering community suggestions.

A frequent request has been the ability to submit proposals freely. Instead of building a complex DAO structure from scratch, we're leveraging existing, proven structures. We'll be releasing foundational documents in segments for community feedback.
